Delay Spray: Promescent lidocaine spray uses patented technology that has special characteristics which gives users superior results. For men experiencing severe to moderate premature ejaculation (< 2 minutes) we recommend choosing the spray format. Applying the benzocaine wipes is incredibly simple.
