Mate Endurance is an all-natural supplement designed to treat PE. Its ingredients are meant to lightly mimic the ejaculation-delaying effect of certain antidepressants, but without the side effects of those stronger medications.
It does this primarily through the inclusion of L-Tryptophan, which may affect serotonin levels in a similar way to SSRI antidepressants, but on a much smaller scale.
As the founder of Mate noted, antidepressants can often cause delayed ejaculation. He imagined copying those effects just enough to reduce PE without excessively delaying orgasm or negatively interfering with sex or mental health.
The current price of a one-month supply is $43, with free shipping included. The daily dosage of Mate Endurance is 2 pills, at once, once a day.
The company also funded its own small-scale clinical study to view the effectiveness of their product on men. In the trial, half the participants took the supplement in the evening, and the other half took a placebo.
